Apex Real Estate: Local agents helping local people

Apex Real Estate, comprised of local agents helping local people, is dedicated to providing the best customer service through their agents who make themselves readily available to their clients.

Licensed to serve customers anywhere in the state of Alabama, Broker/Owner Amy Thrasher and her agents, Kathy Graham and Lynn Woodard, are happy to go the extra mile by providing a personal touch for their customers.

“We strive to educate our clients on the process of buying or selling a home.  We don’t leave you out there to figure it all out by yourself,” Thrasher said.

She and her husband, Brad Thrasher, opened Apex Real Estate in Moulton in April of 2016 with local customers in mind. Thrasher is passionate about assisting her neighbors in their search of a dream home or in helping them sell when the need arises.

Apex Real Estate is a local business with all the expertise of buying or selling in Lawrence County. Their team offers familiar faces who live and work inside the county and one agent who lives at Smith Lake.

“Kathy Graham is our Smith Lake Specialist and can help you with houses in Lawrence County as well as houses on the lake,” Thrasher said.

Graham, who has been in the real estate business since 2004, currently holds a board position with the local realtor association. She also worked and owned the salon, Hair Connection, for 25 years, which was located inside Lawrence County as well.

“Our newest agent to join our team is Lynn Woodard,” Thrasher said.  “Lynn received her Real Estate Licenses in October of 2018. She has worked at Consolidated Concepts, Inc. (CCI), a local income tax office, for the last 18 years. We all three have a connection to our clients within our community.  We love to work and serve our clients to the best of our abilities.”

Thrasher, who obtained her realtor’s license in 2009 and also serves on the Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, said she joined the chamber for the same reasons she enjoys being a realtor.

“I love being on the pulse of our county in helping businesses grow and flourish,” she said. She loves to help her clients with the most expensive purchase of their lives. “It’s a very rewarding job to know that you’ve played a significant part of a person’s life,” she said. “I want to help local people and businesses thrive.”

Thrasher and her team are experienced and willing to help each of their customers, whether they are buying or selling and whether they are in the market for a new home, a piece of land or a commercial building. They assist buyers and sellers with properties including residential, land and commercial.

The Apex team helps their clients list their homes and better understand the market. They are also available seven days a week to show houses and properties according to their customers’ schedules.

“We work flexible hours,” Thrasher said. “Even on Saturdays and on Sundays after church. We’re available whenever our clients need us as long as we’re not already booked.”

At Apex Real Estate, customer service is top priority.

“We are always available to return phone calls, emails and text messages,” Thrasher said. “We love helping people make the biggest purchase of their life.”

Apex Real Estate is located at 12443 Highway 157, across from Wal-Mart in Moulton. For more information, call 256-410-8021 or visit their Facebook page.
