Authorities seized quantities of “Ice” methamphetamine, marijuana and cash and arrested two Courtland residents on charges of possession and drug trafficking Tuesday, according to a report from the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

Terrence Lemar Garner, 30, and Brandi Lashawn Hampton were arrested Tuesday following an investigation by the Lawrence County Narcotics Unit, Moulton Police Department, Franklin County Drug Enforcement, the Morgan County Drug Task Force and the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency Region E Narcotics Unit.

Both suspects were charged with drug trafficking and first-degree illegal possession of marijuana and booked into the Lawrence County Jail with bonds set at $11,000.
